Which version are you using?

Version 1.3, currently available: advertising is optional and appears only on Home. It requires adult confirmation (18+), applicable regional permission and Apple tracking permission. Choosing no keeps every game available without ads. Changing the app language turns that local advertising choice off; required Ad privacy options remain available.

Version 1.4, prepared for Apple review: the advertising descriptions below apply to the upcoming version 1.4. It uses automatic regional privacy choices and may show nonpersonalized or limited banners on Home and game screens, without a separate age-confirmation, ads-on or new Apple tracking prompt. This notice does not mean version 1.4 is publicly available. Check your installed version before following its advertising instructions.

Games on your device

Each style saves its moves, opponent, side, difficulty and orientation locally, along with your last selected style and app-language preference. The computer runs on your device. There is no account, online multiplayer or developer cloud backup. We do not upload games to our own servers or include game content in ad requests. The app requests no camera, microphone, contacts, location or photo-library access.

Starting New Game replaces only that style’s save; Cancel preserves it. Deleting the app can remove games and preferences. Device backups depend on your settings. We cannot retrieve or erase local saves remotely, and local deletion does not erase backup copies.

Advertising and your choices

Google AdMob banners can appear on Home and all four game screens. Google’s consent service checks the applicable regional requirements automatically and presents privacy choices when required. This can contact Google before any banner appears. We request ads only when Google’s consent service permits them. Your choices may allow nonpersonalized or limited ads, or prevent ads; declining optional consent does not necessarily remove every ad. Games remain usable if permission is declined, no ad is available, or an ad error occurs. No ad interaction or purchase is required to play.

There is no separate age-confirmation or advertising opt-in screen in this version, and we do not request a birth date. There is no app-wide “Ads off” switch. Use Ad privacy options when shown to review or change Google’s regional choices. Google retains consent signals on your device; the app also remembers whether a privacy-options entry is required. Changing a choice reevaluates eligibility but does not erase records already processed; in-flight service activity may finish.

The app does not ask for new Apple tracking permission. Any previously granted iOS tracking permission still applies: Google may use the authorized advertising identifier for purposes such as frequency limits and ad measurement. If permission is denied, restricted or not granted, Google cannot use that identifier. You can review tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Nonpersonalized advertising is not a promise of no identifiers, no tracking or no data collection.

Google service data

Google’s advertising and consent services can process IP address/approximate location, device/app identifiers, ad exposure and interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics to deliver, measure, protect and improve their services. Where tracking permission exists, identifiers may be linked with data from other companies’ apps or websites. Our advertising disclosures retain Device ID as collected, linked and used for tracking.

We request nonpersonalized ads, disable publisher first-party ID and disable publisher privacy personalization. We do not add game content, a customer list or custom audience targeting to requests, and use no mediation adapter. These settings do not eliminate Google’s service-data processing. See Google’s SDK disclosures and privacy policy, including its retention and deletion controls. We cannot erase every independent provider record.

Language

App controls are available in English and Tamil. Google supplies its own privacy forms, which may use English or another supported device language; selecting Tamil in this app does not guarantee a Tamil form. Review the choices in a language you understand. Changing the app language preserves games and preferences, and the advertising checks run again; a language change is not a withdrawal of earlier consent.

Apple, testing and support

Apple may provide store statistics and, if you choose analytics sharing, crash and usage reports. Manage sharing in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. See Apple App Analytics privacy.

Website links send normal request data, including IP address and browser information, to the website host. Our support pages use Cloudflare. Game moves are not included.

Steelyard Ventures LLC provides this app. For help or privacy/deletion requests, use our support website. We receive the contact details and content you choose to send. We retain correspondence only as needed to respond, investigate and meet applicable business or legal obligations; no fixed automatic expiry applies. Uninstalling does not delete correspondence. Avoid unnecessary personal information.

We update this policy when practices change. Apple, Google and services you choose to open handle their own services under their policies.
